Product Overview
The mechanical fuel injector relies on the oil pump to deliver high-pressure fuel to push open the internal needle valve, thereby achieving atomized injection. It has no electromagnetic structure and is controlled by oil pressure to open and close. After long-term operation in mining sites with 24-hour full-load operation, continuous high-pressure fuel flushing, and exposure to poor-quality impure diesel, the sealing surfaces of the needle valve and nozzle become worn, the sealing gasket ages and fails. This may result in imbalance in fuel supply for a single cylinder, reduction in overall engine power, difficulty in cold start, thick black exhaust smoke, and leakage of diesel into the oil pan to dilute the lubricating oil. The valve body, needle valve, and nozzle are precisely matched and ground together. The installation dimensions and opening pressure are standardized. Maintenance can be carried out by directly replacing the entire unit, suitable for heavy-duty freight trucks, large mining excavators, and large-power diesel generators for maintenance and repair.

The front section is a black anti-high-temperature shell + the middle section is a metal pressure-bearing sleeve in a split composite structure. The overall quenched and tempered treatment strengthens it, with precise grinding of the inner and outer walls, capable of withstanding extremely high oil pressure for continuous impact. The engine compartment and road bumpy conditions are not prone to deformation or cracking, blocking the internal leakage of high-pressure fuel.
The outer wall is clearly marked with multiple sets of codes for quick identification of the model during inventory and maintenance.
The outer wall of the valve body is marked with multiple sets of part numbers. The characters are resistant to diesel soaking and wiping and do not fall off. When storing and maintaining, it can quickly identify the model to avoid incorrect installation and ensure that the fuel injection pressure matches and the power is sufficient.
The front end has a hard alloy multi-micro-hole nozzle, which fully reduces carbon deposits under heavy load.
The nozzle adopts a hard alloy mirror surface grinding process, with multiple pairs of symmetrical small holes. The high-pressure fuel is atomized evenly and delicately, matching the large-displacement combustion chamber for complete combustion, significantly reducing the accumulation of carbon deposits in the cylinder, exhaust black smoke, and fuel loss.
A thickened copper seal ring is provided as a secondary barrier to prevent gas backflow and leakage.
A thickened copper gasket is separately equipped and assembled between the nozzle and the cylinder head to buffer the high-temperature impact inside the cylinder. It divides and blocks the high-temperature gas in the combustion chamber from backflowing and the outward leakage of high-pressure fuel, stabilizing the fuel supply pressure.
An internal high-precision needle valve pair is provided, with smooth opening and closing without sticking or pressure relief.
The internal needle valve and nozzle are ultra-precisely ground in pairs, and the sealing gap is strictly calibrated. Under high-pressure conditions, they close tightly without fuel reflux and pressure relief, completely solving the problem of pressure leakage in the fuel circuit after engine shutdown and difficulty in secondary startup.
The factory bench set calibration is completed, and no secondary adjustment is required when installing.
Each fuel injector is independently tested for opening pressure, fuel injection volume, and atomization effect. The parameters are unified and standard, and after replacement, the engine can be restored to a stable operating condition, significantly reducing maintenance and debugging time.
