Product Overview
The electronic fuel injectors are assembled on the engine cylinder head. The vehicle computer controls the opening and closing of the internal needle valve through the rear electromagnetic components, precisely regulating the high-pressure fuel injection time and fuel injection volume. Under conditions such as long-term urban road bumps, cabin temperature alternation, and impurities from diesel washing, the needle valve sealing surface may wear, the sealing ring may age, and the electromagnetic valve core may get stuck. This may result in uneven fuel supply in a single cylinder, power loss, fault light alarm, unstable idle speed, and multiple attempts to start the engine during cold start. This product has standardized valve body dimensions, oil circuit threads, and electromagnetic plug specifications. Maintenance can be carried out by directly replacing the entire set without secondary adjustment. It is suitable for maintenance of light-duty freight vehicles, diesel buses, and small diesel generator sets.

The front section is mirror-finished precision grinding nozzle sleeve + the middle section is black high-temperature-resistant shell + the rear section is electromagnetic installation seat. The three sections are combined and undergo overall quenching and hardening treatment. It can withstand thousands of bar of high-pressure continuous impact. Long-term road bumps and cabin high temperatures are not prone to deformation or cracking, blocking the internal leakage of high-pressure fuel.
The tail section is an integrated waterproof electromagnetic driving component. The signal response is sensitive and stable.
The tail section has a double-needle sealed electromagnetic plug. It is equipped with a high-temperature-resistant insulation wire coil, which isolates diesel and water vapor corrosion and short circuit. It opens the fuel injection when powered on and cuts off the fuel supply when powered off. There is no stuck delay, eliminating acceleration jolts and cylinder missfire problems.
The lateral standard high-pressure oil inlet thread. The threaded seal does not leak pressure.
The lateral rolled-in high-pressure oil inlet thread is combined with a sealing gasket for double locking. After screwing into the high-pressure oil pipe, the gap is completely sealed, stabilizing the working oil pressure of the common rail system, and preventing fuel leakage and pressure loss.
The red middle fluororubber sealing ring has dual functions of positioning and sealing.
The red ring-shaped rubber ring on the rod body not only has assembly positioning but also cavity sealing function. It precisely matches the installation depth of the cylinder head, layering to block the reverse flow of high-temperature gas in the combustion chamber and fuel leakage outward, avoiding diesel mixing with engine oil.
The front end has an independent purple copper sealing gasket, which buffers high temperature and protects the nozzle.
The matching thickened purple copper gasket is installed on the contact surface between the nozzle and the cylinder head to buffer the high-temperature detonation in the cylinder, isolate the reverse combustion of gas to the nozzle, and extend the service life of the fuel injection components.
The factory test bench conducts unified calibration, and the vehicle can quickly return to a stable working condition after replacement.
Each fuel injector is individually tested for fuel injection volume, opening pressure, and atomization effect. The parameters of the same batch are highly uniform. After replacement, the idle speed is stable, the power output is linear, and the maintenance and debugging time is significantly reduced.
