The injector is assembled on the engine cylinder head and receives signals from the electronic control unit to precisely control the timing and volume of high-pressure fuel injection, ensuring complete combustion in the high-power combustion chamber. Under long-term construction site conditions of 24-hour full-load operation, thousands of bar oil pressure impact, and impurities from diesel washing, the valve core sealing surface wears, the sealing components age, and the electromagnetic valve response lags. This can result in imbalance in single-cylinder power output, significant power loss, fuel leakage into the oil to dilute the lubricating medium, and continuous alarm of the fault indicator. This product is an integrated finished injector. The external diameter, oil inlet thread, and electrical control terminal dimensions are standardized, and the injection curve is uniformly calibrated at the factory. Maintenance and replacement do not require additional pressure adjustment or debugging. It is suitable for medium-sized mining excavators, wheel loaders, and fixed diesel generator sets for maintenance.

The front section is a mirror-finished metal nozzle sleeve, the middle section is a black anti-high-temperature shell, and the rear section is a metal electromagnetic valve housing. The three-section combination structure is assembled, and the overall quenching and tempering treatment is applied. It can withstand long-term ultra-high oil pressure impact, continuous construction site jolts and vibrations, and is not prone to corrosion and deformation in high-temperature environments. It prevents high-pressure oil leakage and pressure relief.
The tail section has double-needle reinforced electrical control terminals, ensuring stable and no-delay signal transmission.
The tail section has double metal conductive pins, internal gold-plated conductive contacts, and an outer insulation protection structure. It isolates diesel oil, gas, and water vapor oxidation corrosion. The electrical control signal response is synchronized, and the pre-injection and main injection switching is smooth, eliminating climbing power jerks and intermittent cylinder misfires.
The lateral standard high-pressure oil inlet thread is highly sealed
The lateral independent high-pressure oil inlet thread connector has rolled precise thread profiles. When combined with a high-pressure sealing gasket and screwed into the common rail oil pipe, it completely seals the thread gap, preventing high-pressure fuel from leaking from the interface. It stabilizes the system working rail pressure.
A thickened copper sealant is provided to isolate the high-temperature gas in the combustion chamber.
A thickened copper sealant is provided separately and assembled between the injector nozzle and the cylinder head to buffer the high-temperature impact of the combustion chamber, layer by layer blocking the upward gas surge and the outward leakage of high-pressure fuel, avoiding the dilution of the oil by the fuel.
The front section has multiple micro-hole mirror-finished injector nozzles, which fully atomize the fuel under heavy load and reduce carbon deposits.
The nozzle adopts a hard alloy mirror-finish grinding process with multiple symmetrical fine spray holes. The high-pressure fuel is atomized evenly and delicately, matching the combustion chamber of high-power engines, ensuring complete combustion, significantly reducing carbon deposits in the cylinder, and reducing exhaust black smoke and fuel loss.
The entire machine is completed with a full set of flow calibration at the factory. After replacement, the equipment power can be quickly restored.
