The pressure limiting valve is installed on the side of the high-pressure common rail pipe. When the system fuel pressure exceeds the set safety threshold, it automatically opens to release pressure and return the excess fuel to the low-pressure oil circuit, preventing damage to the high-pressure pump, injector, and high-pressure oil pipe due to overpressure. After long-term continuous impact of thousands of bar oil pressure, wear and corrosion of diesel impurities, and fatigue aging of internal springs, the pressure relief function may fail, and the rail pressure may remain high. The vehicle may trigger fault torque limiting and the risk of high-pressure oil circuit leakage significantly increases. This product features an integrated pre-installed pressure limiting valve assembly with standardized thread specifications and pressure relief parameters. Installation and disassembly do not require secondary adjustment, and it is suitable for maintenance of medium-sized excavators, heavy-duty loaders, long-distance freight trucks, and high-power common rail diesel engines.

The overall steel is treated with hot galvanizing and passivation to resist corrosion from cabin moisture, diesel oil, and gas. An internal ceramic pressure relief valve core with precise and wear-resistant response
The internal assembly includes a high-temperature-resistant pressure spring and a ceramic mirror surface valve core. The sealing surface is micrometer-level, and the oil pressure exceeds the limit, causing it to open immediately for relief. When the pressure drops, it quickly closes and resets. The ceramic material is resistant to impurity particle erosion and is not prone to wear and fatigue under long-term high-frequency opening and closing.
The black protective end cover on the top protects the valve core during storage and transportation.
