Product Overview
The fuel injector is assembled at the front end of the electronic fuel injector. The high-pressure fuel flows through the internal needle valve and is cut by the fine spray holes at the front end to form uniform and fine oil mist. The electronic control unit precisely controls the injection timing and fuel quantity based on the rail pressure signal. Under the long-term working conditions of high cabin temperature and continuous impurities in diesel fuel, the spray holes may get clogged, the sealing surface of the needle valve may wear out, and the clearance between the mating parts may expand. This may result in poor atomization, engine shutdown with dripping oil, imbalance in power output of each cylinder, weak engine acceleration, excessive black smoke emissions, and a significant increase in fuel consumption. This product is an integrated precision fuel injector that has undergone high-pressure and high-voltage testing, as well as full-scale flow balance testing under all working conditions. The size and position are standardized, and disassembly and assembly do not require grinding to fit. It is suitable for maintenance of medium and heavy-duty trucks, mining construction machinery, diesel generator sets, and common rail fuel injectors of medium and heavy-duty trucks.

The rod body adopts two-stage circular arc smooth stepped transition, with the outer wall polished to a mirror finish. It maintains a micrometer-level sealing gap between the needle valve and the valve seat for a long time, preventing high-pressure fuel leakage and pressure loss, and stabilizing the common rail system pressure.

The conical guide end is combined with multiple groups of fine spray holes. The hole walls are mirror-polished without burrs. The high-pressure fuel is evenly divided into fine oil mist, and the mixture of gas and oil in the cylinder is fully formed, significantly reducing carbon deposits in the cylinder and reducing exhaust black smoke emissions, improving fuel utilization efficiency.
Central integrated widened limit flange, secure assembly and sealing
The middle section of the valve body is widened with limit steps. During assembly, it precisely fits the installation position of the fuel injector housing, and with the addition of a sealing gasket, multiple layers of barriers prevent high-pressure fuel leakage and avoid pressure loss, ensuring the stability of the injection pressure throughout the process.
The outer wall is permanently engraved with the part number, making it easy to verify inventory without misplacing parts.
The flange side is etched with the model code DSLA145P208, which is resistant to diesel soaking, wiping, and wear. This facilitates maintenance, inventory matching, and reduces confusion caused by model mismatches, resulting in reduced rework and losses.
The entire set of fuel injectors is made of high-hardness alloy steel that is nitrogenized and hardened. The surface is treated with nitrogenization hardening, and the sealing surface of the needle valve is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. It has a longer service life in harsh conditions such as mining areas and construction sites with high dust and impurities, reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance costs.
