Product Overview
The VE distributed fuel injection pump is driven by the engine gears and distributes high-pressure fuel to each cylinder through internal pistons. It controls the fuel injection volume through a mechanical speed regulation mechanism and uses an electromagnetic valve to cut off fuel supply during engine shutdown. Over time, due to prolonged high-temperature vibrations in the engine compartment, impurities in diesel, and fatigue of the speed regulation spring, issues such as uneven fuel supply, idle vibration, weak acceleration, engine shutdown stalling, and difficulty in cold start may occur. This product is an integrated finished fuel injection pump. The entire machine is calibrated for full operating conditions in terms of flow rate and timing upon factory assembly. The mounting flange, oil outlet thread, and drive shaft specifications are standardized, allowing for direct assembly on the cylinder side. It is suitable for maintenance of light trucks, pickups, agricultural construction machinery, and small diesel generator sets with mechanical direct injection fuel supply systems.

The upper multi-channel standardized oil outlet thread interface, combined with a sealing locking nut, allows each cylinder's oil circuit to be independently allocated, with factory calibration of the fuel supply difference for each cylinder, ensuring uniform combustion and reducing black smoke emissions.
Side electromagnetic fuel cut-off valve for quick start-stop control of the oil circuit
A companion external electromagnetic cut-off valve with wiring harness, which cuts off fuel supply when powered on and immediately stops when power is cut, ensuring stable engine shutdown and eliminating dripping oil during shutdown and carbon buildup exacerbation; waterproof and insulated wiring harness connectors are resistant to diesel and oil corrosion.
