Product Overview
The injector is assembled on the engine cylinder head and receives signals from the electronic control unit to precisely control the timing and amount of high-pressure fuel injection, ensuring complete fuel combustion. Under conditions of long-term high cabin temperature, thousands of bar oil pressure impact, and impurities from diesel washing, the valve core sealing surface may wear, the sealing rubber ring may age, and the electromagnetic valve may have a delayed response. This may result in imbalance in single-cylinder power output, power loss, dilution of engine oil by fuel, and constant illumination of the fault indicator. This product is an integrated finished injector, with standardized dimensions for the outer diameter, return oil interface, and electronic control terminals. The injection curve is uniformly calibrated at the factory, and maintenance and replacement do not require additional debugging. It is suitable for maintenance of medium-sized excavators, loaders, medium-sized freight trucks, and stationary diesel generators.
