Product Overview
The mechanical fuel injector uses high-pressure fuel to push open the internal needle valve to complete atomized injection. It has no electronic control structure and is compatible with traditional mechanical direct injection fuel supply systems. Under long-term conditions of high-temperature vibration in the engine compartment and impurities from diesel washing, the needle valve sealing surface wears out and the sealing gasket ages, resulting in poor fuel injection closure, engine shutdown dripping, insufficient combustion, weak equipment power, severe black smoke in exhaust, rapid accumulation of carbon deposits in the combustion chamber. This product is an integrated finished fuel injector. The inlet oil thread, installation outer diameter, and return oil hole dimensions are standardized. The factory uniformly calibrates the standard opening pressure. Maintenance can be directly installed on the vehicle without on-site pressure adjustment. It is compatible with agricultural tractors, light loaders, medium-sized freight trucks, and small diesel generator sets for maintenance.

The overall black anodized alloy steel valve body is rust-resistant and resistant to diesel corrosion.
The overall steel surface is anodized black for rust prevention and corrosion resistance. It isolates the engine compartment from water vapor, diesel oil, and rust, and is less likely to rust and get stuck in humid and dusty field and construction site conditions. The valve body structure has high strength and does not deform or leak under long-term high-pressure impact.
The standard rear end high-pressure inlet oil thread ensures stable oil circuit connection sealing.
The precisely rolled and formed external thread oil circuit interface at the rear end, when combined with the matching sealing gasket and screwed into the high-pressure fuel pipe, completely seals the high-pressure fuel and eliminates any oil leakage or pressure relief through the thread gap. It stabilizes the opening pressure of fuel injection.
The small side independent return oil branch pipe quickly discharges pressure and eliminates air resistance.
The side micro return oil channel can discharge a small amount of reflux fuel, releasing the residual pressure in the oil circuit and avoiding oil pressure stagnation that causes the nozzle to continuously drip oil. It improves the problem of difficulty in starting the cold engine after multiple attempts.
The front end copper gasket sealing position is reserved at the nozzle root, providing a thickened copper gasket installation slot. After assembly, the gasket is tightly attached to the cylinder head, preventing the high-temperature gas in the combustion chamber from upwardly penetrating the oil circuit and preventing high-pressure fuel from leaking outward. It protects the engine lubrication system.
The transparent fuel nozzle dust protection cap provides full protection for the precise spray holes.
The front-end matching transparent plastic plug seals the fine spray holes during storage, cross-border transportation, disassembly, and maintenance, preventing dust and impurities from scratching the needle valve sealing surface and preventing the nozzle from clogging or losing atomization.
The factory uniformly calibrated pressure is completed, and there is no need for secondary debugging when installing.
The entire machine is completed with opening pressure, atomization accuracy, and high-pressure sealingity tests upon leaving the factory. Parameters of the same batch of fuel injectors are unified. After replacement, the idle speed is stable, and the power output is stable, significantly reducing maintenance and pressure adjustment time.
