Product Overview
The single pump integrates the high-pressure plunger and the fuel injector together. It uses the engine cam to drive the plunger to establish high-pressure fuel, and the side shaft linkage speed control mechanism controls the fuel injection volume. The tail spring realizes the reciprocating reset of the plunger. It is widely compatible with heavy mining machinery, heavy-duty trucks, and large power generation sets with mechanical diesel power.
Under long-term heavy-duty conditions in mining areas, such as 24-hour operation and continuous high-temperature conditions in the engine compartment, the plunger mating surface will wear, the spring elasticity will decline, and the fuel injector will accumulate carbon and become clogged. This will result in a decrease in fuel supply pressure, poor atomization effect, a decline in the overall engine power, and a sharp increase in fuel consumption. This product is a complete integrated finished product. It undergoes a full set of tests for fuel injection pressure, fuel injection volume under various conditions, and high-pressure sealing at the factory.
