The inline six-cylinder fuel injection pump uses six sets of internal plungers to synchronously reciprocate and compress the fuel to establish high pressure. It quantitatively delivers the high-pressure fuel to the fuel injectors in accordance with the sequence of cylinder ignition, and uses the side-speed regulating linkage mechanism to adjust the circulating fuel supply volume in real time, matching the equipment with different load conditions such as no-load, medium-load, and heavy-load. Under long-term mining conditions, 24-hour continuous heavy-load, long-distance bumpy transportation, high-temperature vibration in the engine compartment, and impurities in diesel erosion conditions, the plunger mating surfaces may wear, the oil outlet valve seals may fail, the speed regulating spring may fatigue and get stuck, resulting in fuel supply leakage, acceleration power breakdown, speed drift, multiple ignitions required for startup, and diesel seeping into the engine oil to dilute the lubricating oil. This product has standardized processing for the flange installation holes, plunger stroke, oil outlet spacing, and speed regulating stroke.
