Over time, the rubber sealing ring will age and leak due to high temperatures, the pressure regulating spring will fatigue and lose its elasticity, and the single-direction steel balls and valve seat will wear out and fail to provide a tight seal. This will result in poor fuel atomization, uneven fuel supply in each cylinder, black exhaust smoke, dilution of engine oil by diesel, and a significant decline in equipment power. This complete maintenance package covers all the sealing and pressure regulating loss components of the injector needle valve chamber, pressure regulating mechanism, and housing installation position. The metal wear-resistant steel ball combined with hardened valve seat forms a single-direction sealing structure, tightly blocking the backflow of high-pressure fuel, solving the problem of oil leakage after engine shutdown and difficulty in secondary startup. It is wear-resistant and resistant to impurities erosion.
Metal buffer flat washer, assembly for buffering and leak prevention
A steel flat washer is provided, assembled between the spring and the housing to buffer vibrations, disperse high-pressure impact, and assist in sealing, preventing oil leakage at the gap of the spring assembly position.
