The electronically controlled common rail injector receives signals from the vehicle's electronic control unit, precisely controlling the timing and volume of high-pressure fuel injection to ensure complete combustion of fuel in the cylinders. Over time, internal valve cores may wear, electromagnetic coils may age, and sealing components may leak, resulting in poor atomization, dripping after combustion, and power loss. This product is a complete injector assembly, with all atomization effects, injection pressure, and high-pressure sealingity fully tested upon leaving the factory. The entire machine can be replaced without disassembly and calibration. It is suitable for the major overhaul and replacement of the fuel injection systems of light freight vehicles, light passenger cars, and small construction machinery common rail diesel equipment.
