6745-71-1170 Common Rail High-Pressure Oil Pump is a fuel supply and boosting assembly for large-displacement heavy-duty diesel engines. It integrates a low-pressure oil chamber and a high-pressure boosting chamber into a single unit. It is equipped with an external electronic pressure regulating valve to adjust the rail pressure in real time, continuously supplying stable high-pressure fuel to the high-pressure oil rail. When the old oil pump experiences internal piston wear, pressure regulation failure, pipeline leakage, or fuel supply flow attenuation, the entire set can be replaced at once to restore the overall fuel supply condition of the machine, significantly reducing the downtime and maintenance time for large construction machinery.

The entire machine is formed by die-casting with a dual-chamber structure. One side completes fuel extraction and transportation, while the other side realizes high-pressure boosting. External wired electronic pressure regulating valve, rapid oil pressure adjustment response
An independent electronic pressure regulating valve body is assembled on the side of the pump body, and it is equipped with an integrated waterproof connector. It can collect oil circuit pressure in real time and dynamically adjust the output oil pressure. When the throttle load changes, the rail pressure is adjusted synchronously, precisely matching the fuel supply requirements of the engine under different conditions.
Thickened front end flange transmission shaft, synchronous transmission without slipping
The front end solid thickened transmission shaft is combined with a circular positioning flange. The flange is reserved with standard fixing holes, and the assembly is evenly stressed.
