The electronically controlled common rail injector receives the ultra-high pressure fuel from the common rail pipe and, relying on the top electromagnetic component, receives the electrical control unit's signal to drive the internal precision valve core to open and close rapidly. It then splits the high-pressure fuel into fine oil mist and injects it into the cylinder to complete combustion and power generation. Under long-term road driving, continuous erosion by impurities in diesel, and alternating vibrations in the engine compartment, the sealing surface of the internal valve core, the nozzle's spray holes, and the internal sealing components may age and leak. This can result in imbalance in the fuel supply flow of a single cylinder, rapid pressure relief in the high-pressure oil circuit, attenuation of engine power output, and excessive black smoke emissions from the exhaust. This product has standardized processing for installation dimensions, oil circuit interface specifications, and electromagnetic signal matching parameters. During maintenance, the entire set of injectors can be directly replaced, eliminating the cumbersome process of disassembling and debugging the internal precision components. Excess fuel can quickly return and relieve pressure, stabilizing the base oil pressure of the common rail system, and eliminating problems such as excessive oil pressure at idle speed and excessive single-shot fuel injection volume causing carbon deposits and black smoke in the cylinder.
The top integrates an electromagnetic drive component, with synchronous response to the electrical control signal without delay.
The upper end is pre-assembled for the precise electromagnetic drive mechanism, ensuring sensitive transmission of the electrical control signal and no delay in the valve core's reciprocating opening and closing actions. Precise control of the single-shot fuel injection volume and the timing of the injection opening ensures smooth engine idle speed, linear acceleration power, and no jolts.
The front-end multi-level stepped limit nozzle has coaxial positioning for uniform atomization particles.
The multi-level stepped limit positioning structure automatically locks when installed in the cylinder head installation hole, without deviation. The internal is equipped with precise multi-micro-hole atomization spray holes, with fine and uniform high-pressure fuel atomization particles, ensuring thorough oil-gas mixture and reducing carbon accumulation in the cylinder and fuel consumption.
The internal has multiple layers of oil-resistant sealing structures, blocking leakage and air backflow.
The cylinder body is equipped with multiple specifications of oil-resistant fluorine rubber sealing gaskets, which separate the high-pressure and low-pressure oil circuits, preventing high-pressure fuel from leaking out through assembly gaps. At the same time, it prevents air from backflowing into the oil circuit after shutdown and avoids slow oil pump pressure build-up during the next start-up.
The entire machine is factory-tested under all working conditions, and installation on the vehicle does not require secondary calibration.
The entire injector is independently tested on the machine for electromagnetic response speed, high-pressure sealing and pressure retention duration, uniformity of atomization, and standard fuel injection flow.
