Product Overview
The high-pressure oil rail is used to store the fuel delivered by the high-pressure fuel pump, stabilize the oil pressure within the rail, and evenly distribute the high-pressure fuel to each cylinder injector. The pressure sensor synchronously collects the rail pressure signal and feeds it back to the electronic control unit. Under long-term conditions of high-temperature and high-pressure fuel impact in the engine compartment, the weld seam of the rail body may leak, the interface seal may fail, and the internal oil passage may accumulate dirt. This can lead to unstable oil pressure, imbalance in fuel supply to each cylinder, a decline in engine power, and an increase in fuel consumption. This product is a complete, integrated high-pressure oil rail. It undergoes high-pressure and leakage tests upon leaving the factory, and its size and installation holes are standardized.
