Under long-term urban and rural long-distance freight transportation, construction site dust operations, continuous erosion by impurities in diesel, alternating cold and hot vibrations in the engine compartment conditions, the sealing surface of the internal valve core will wear, the nozzle spray holes will expand, and the internal sealing components will age and leak. This will result in imbalance in the fuel supply flow of a single cylinder, rapid pressure relief in the high-pressure oil circuit, attenuation of engine power output, and excessive black smoke emissions from the exhaust.
