Under long-term 24-hour continuous heavy-duty operation, continuous high-pressure fuel flushing at over 1000 bar, impurities from diesel fuel wear, and working conditions of high-temperature vibration in the engine compartment, the internal needle valve sealing surface may wear, the electromagnetic valve may have response lag, and the sealing components may age and fail. This may result in single-cylinder fuel supply imbalance, weak acceleration, rapid pressure relief in the oil circuit after engine shutdown, the need for multiple ignitions to start the engine, and diesel leakage into the engine oil to dilute the lubricating oil. This product has unified standardization of injection opening pressure, stroke, and electronic control parameters.
