Product Overview
The pressure limiting valve is installed on the high-pressure common rail fuel accumulator pipe. It serves as a safety protection component for the oil circuit pressure. When the internal oil pressure of the rail pipe exceeds the standard safety threshold, the internal valve core automatically opens to release pressure, and the excess fuel is returned to the low-pressure oil circuit to prevent damage to the oil pump, injector, and high-pressure pipeline due to overloading at high pressure. Under long-term continuous high-pressure impact, wear from diesel impurities, and alternating cold and hot vibrations in the engine compartment, the sealing surface of the valve core may be scratched, and the preset pressure relief threshold may shift. This may result in insufficient pressure relief or no pressure relief, causing the oil pressure to exceed the standard and the fault light to illuminate. This product has standardized processing for both ends' thread specifications, pressure relief opening pressure, and outer diameter of the valve body. After disassembling the rail pipe, the entire set can be directly replaced to repair the failure of oil pressure protection. It is suitable for large mining excavators, heavy-duty loaders, and long-distance trucks with electric control common rail diesel engines for maintenance and repair.

The valve body is made of tempered alloy steel in one piece, and it is not prone to deformation or cracking under high pressure.
The entire piece is processed by CNC machining without splicing alloy steel, and the surface is treated with anti-rust strengthening treatment. It can withstand the ultra-high oil pressure impact of the common rail for a long time. In cold and hot alternating vibration conditions, the threads are not prone to slippage, and the valve body will not expand or leak.
The central integrated hexagonal clamping platform ensures uniform force during disassembly and does not damage the internal valve core.
The complete hexagonal positioning structure in the middle section of the valve body is compatible with standard socket wrenches for disassembly and assembly. The force is evenly distributed during tightening and disassembly, and it will not twist or squeeze the internal precision valve core, avoiding pressure parameter deviation and failure.
Both ends have standard rolled external threads, and the two-way oil circuit connection bites tightly to prevent oil leakage. The two ends have precisely rolled formed external threads, with strict control of pitch and outer diameter tolerances. They are respectively connected to the common rail pipe and the return oil pipe. After tightening, the fit is high, and there will be no oil leakage in the high-pressure condition without thread gaps. Multiple disassemblies will not cause thread slippage or damage to the threads.
The internal precision pressure valve core has an accurate and stable pressure relief threshold and does not drift.
The internal pressure valve core is precisely matched and ground. The pressure relief opening pressure is uniformly calibrated at the factory. Long-term use will not result in pressure drift. When the oil pressure exceeds the standard, it will quickly relieve the pressure, and the oil pressure will automatically close and lock the oil circuit, stabilizing the system working pressure.
The dedicated oil-resistant sealing gasket is provided to prevent fuel leakage into the air intake.
Each set comes with a black fluororubber sealing gasket. During assembly, it fills the gap between the valve body and the rail pipe. It is resistant to diesel soaking and does not harden. It blocks the external leakage of high-pressure fuel and the reverse suction of air into the oil circuit in both directions.
Each piece is independently pressure calibrated and tested. No secondary adjustment is required during installation.
Each pressure limiting valve is individually completed with high-pressure pressure retention, pressure relief opening pressure, and return flow rate tests.
