Product Overview
The pressure sensor is threaded and installed on the high-pressure common rail pipe. The internal sensing chip continuously monitors the fuel pressure in the pipeline and converts the pressure values into electrical signals, which are then transmitted to the vehicle electronic control unit. The electronic control system dynamically adjusts the oil pump supply volume and injection timing based on the signals. Under long-term conditions of thousands of bar high-pressure fuel flushing, alternating temperatures in the engine compartment, and diesel water and oil corrosion, the sensing chip ages, and the bottom seal fails, resulting in deviations in rail pressure data, power output discontinuities, engine shutdown depressurization, multiple ignition attempts, and excessive black smoke in exhaust emissions. This product has standardized specifications for the threaded installation, signal output range, and pressure-bearing threshold. Repairing the abnormal oil pressure signal fault only requires replacing the sensor separately. It is suitable for the maintenance of high-pressure common rail diesel engines for light pickup trucks, light trucks, and small diesel buses.
