The pressure sensor is threaded and assembled at the oil passage position of the high-pressure common rail pipe. The internal high-precision sensing chip continuously captures changes in fuel pressure and converts them into voltage signals recognizable by the electronic control unit. The electronic control system dynamically adjusts the oil pump supply pressure and injection timing based on these signals. Under long-term ultra-high oil pressure erosion, cabin temperature alternation, and diesel medium corrosion conditions, the sensing element ages and the internal seal fails, resulting in distorted rail pressure data, power surges, rapid oil circuit pressure relief after engine shutdown, and the need for multiple ignitions to start the vehicle. This product has standardized thread dimensions, signal output parameters, and pressure-bearing thresholds. The sensor can be simply replaced during maintenance to fix abnormal oil pressure signal faults.
