Under long-term continuous flushing by thousands of bar of high-pressure fuel, abrasive diesel particles grinding, and high-temperature vibration conditions of the engine compartment, the inner wall of the oil holes will wear and enlarge the holes, and the end face sealing plane will develop scratches. This will result in significant deviations in fuel supply flow for each cylinder, chaotic oil pressure control, idle speed wobble, heavy-load power breakdown, repeated ignition failure at low temperatures, and excessive black smoke emissions from the exhaust. This product has all its outer diameter thickness, oil hole diameter, hole position layout, and outer ring step dimensions standardized for processing.
