The piston pair is assembled inside the pump chamber of the high-pressure oil pump and is driven to reciprocate up and down by the cam. It compresses the low-pressure fuel to establish an ultra-high oil pressure, precisely measuring the fuel volume for each delivery to the fuel injection system. Under the long-term conditions of thousands of bar of high-pressure fuel flushing, impurities in diesel particles grinding, and continuous high-temperature vibration of the engine compartment, the sealing surface between the piston and the sleeve will develop scratches, and the mating clearance will increase. This may result in internal fuel pressure leakage, slower pressure generation by the oil pump, imbalance in fuel supply for each cylinder, difficulties in cold start of the equipment, lack of power in a single cylinder, and power breakdown during heavy-load climbing. This product has all the dimensions of the piston and sleeve, such as total length, inner diameter of the sleeve, and the size of the variable diameter segments, standardized for processing. After disassembling the high-pressure oil pump, the entire set of piston and sleeve can be replaced to repair the failure of boost supply.
