The integrated control valve is assembled within the electrically controlled injector's central electric drive cavity. The on-board electronic control unit outputs an electromagnetic signal to drive the internal valve core to perform rapid reciprocating movements, controlling the pressure relief and locking of the internal high-pressure oil circuit, and precisely controlling the ignition timing, single-shot fuel injection volume, and the closing timing of the injector. Under long-term conditions of thousands of bar of high-pressure fuel, impurities in diesel particles grinding, mining / long-distance high-temperature vibration working conditions, the bottom diverter valve disc oil holes wear, the internal valve core sealing surface develops scratches, and the gap between the valve body's layered mating becomes larger. This may result in fuel leakage, oil pressure control disorder, equipment showing single-cylinder operation imbalance, climbing power weakness, low-temperature start difficulties, and excessive black smoke emissions from exhaust. This product has all its external dimensions, stepped segmented sizes, and bottom oil hole layout standardized processing. After disassembling the injector, replacing the control valve assembly alone can repair the failure of the electronic control injection.
