Product Overview
This common rail high-pressure fuel pump is responsible for pressurizing the low-pressure fuel to the common rail system at the working high pressure. It precisely regulates the fuel supply flow through the integrated metering solenoid valve, stabilizing and maintaining the working pressure of the fuel rail, providing uniform high-pressure fuel to the injectors. After long-term use, the internal plungers may wear out, the metering valve core may get stuck, and the shell may age and leak. This can lead to unstable oil pressure, difficulty in starting, and power loss. This product is a complete machine assembly. It has undergone a complete set of tests for high pressure, sealingity, and electronic control response at the factory. The entire machine can be replaced without disassembling the internal components. It is suitable for the supply system overhaul and replacement of light-duty trucks, small construction machinery, agricultural common rail diesel equipment.

Multiple independent standard threaded pipe joints are distributed on the side of the pump body, with clear partitions for high-pressure oil outlet, low-pressure oil inlet, and return oil circuits. They are paired with dust-proof protection plugs and are suitable for conventional pipe assembly. The threaded standards are unified, and there is no leakage during assembly.
Thickened solid transmission main shaft, smooth transmission without slipping
The front end has a thickened optical shaft transmission structure, matching the engine gear transmission mechanism, with high coaxiality, small vibration, and no gap slipping during continuous heavy-load transmission. It can continuously and stably output high-pressure fuel.
Multiple bolts evenly lock the sealing end cover to prevent shell pressure leakage and oil leakage
The end cover on the side is installed with multiple positioning bolts for uniform compression. The internal part is equipped with thickened composite oil-resistant sealing gaskets. Under high-pressure impact, the force is evenly distributed, effectively preventing oil leakage at the pump body joint and continuous pressure leakage faults of the rail.
