The electronically controlled common rail injector receives high-pressure fuel from the common rail pipe and relies on the top electromagnetic component to receive the electrical control unit's signal, driving the internal precision valve core to open and close rapidly, splitting the high-pressure fuel into fine oil mist and injecting it into the cylinder to complete combustion and power generation. Under long-term load operation, impurities from diesel fuel erosion, continuous high and low temperature vibrations, the internal valve core sealing surface wear, nozzle spray hole deformation, and aging and leakage of sealing components can cause unbalanced fuel supply for a single cylinder, high-pressure oil circuit pressure relief, engine power reduction, and increased black smoke emissions from the exhaust. This product is standardized in terms of installation dimensions, oil circuit interface specifications, and electromagnetic signal parameters. The cylinder body is equipped with multiple specifications of fluorine rubber oil-resistant sealing rings, which separate the high and low-pressure oil circuits layer by layer to prevent fuel leakage outward; at the same time, it prevents air backflow into the oil circuit after shutdown, solving the problems of starting oil circuit intake and slow oil pump pressure building-up.
The entire machine is tested in a test bench before leaving the factory, and no secondary calibration is required for installation.
