DN0PDN112 belongs to the DN series of mechanical single-hole fuel injectors. It is a precise fuel injection component for traditional diesel direct injection engines, distinct from the long-pin common rail injectors. It adopts a compact short cylindrical integrated structure with a central single spray hole layout, which can be matched with corresponding mechanical injectors and replace the old oil injectors that have experienced dripping and uneven atomization over time.
Machined from a single piece of wear-resistant alloy
The entire piece is machined from high-hardness alloy steel, combined with constant temperature heat treatment to enhance surface hardness. It can adapt to the continuous high-temperature and oil pressure fluctuation conditions of old-style mechanical diesel engines, reducing surface wear caused by diesel impurities.
Short tube compact molding process
The short double-layer stepped tube body design has standardized outer diameter and height dimensions, and the internal positioning column is integrated. During assembly, it can precisely fit into the injector cavity without any excess machining allowance.
Central single-hole mirror polishing
The top single spray hole is finely polished, with a smooth hole wall, reducing fuel residue accumulation and maintaining a long-term stable injection state.

The central single-hole oil outlet structure allows fuel to be concentratedly injected into the combustion chamber, suitable for old-style direct injection diesel equipment, helping to maintain stable idle operation and reducing the speed of combustion residue accumulation.
