The PD type single-hole fuel injector is the core injection component of the mechanical diesel fuel injector. It controls fuel injection through the sealing of the central needle valve and the end face of the fuel injector. The single-hole direct injection structure is compatible with traditional mechanical diesel power. Under long-term outdoor dusty and high-temperature conditions, the needle valve sealing surface may wear and the injection holes may be clogged with carbon deposits, resulting in fuel leakage, poor atomization, engine power reduction, and exhaust emissions exceeding standards. This product is assembled and delivered as a complete set with the needle valve and the fuel injector housing, completing the atomization and high-pressure sealingity tests. There is no need for on-site secondary grinding. It is suitable for major repairs of mechanical diesel fuel injectors in light trucks, agricultural tractors, and small construction machinery.

The end face-centered single-hole injection design, with the needle valve tip precisely fitting and sealing against the end face. After shutdown, the oil circuit is quickly locked to prevent continuous fuel dripping into the cylinder, which causes carbon deposits, black smoke, and difficulty in starting. It is suitable for the combustion requirements of old direct injection mechanical engines.
The outer wall is laser engraved with the model code, ensuring clear and non-fading marking during long-term use.

Each needle valve and fuel injector are individually matched and ground. The sealing gap and opening pressure are standardized for calibration.
