The fuel injector is assembled at the front end of the electronic fuel injector. High-pressure fuel passes through the internal needle valve and is cut by the front micro-hole to form a fine oil mist. The electronic control unit precisely controls the injection timing and fuel quantity based on the oil pressure signal. Under the long-term working conditions of high cabin temperature and continuous impingement of impure diesel, the injection holes may get clogged, the sealing surface of the needle valve may wear out, and the clearance between the mating parts may expand. This may result in uneven atomization, engine shutdown dripping oil, imbalance in the power output of each cylinder, weak engine acceleration, excessive black smoke emissions, and a significant increase in fuel consumption. This product is an integrated precision fuel injector that has undergone high-pressure and high-flow performance testing upon leaving the factory. The size and hole positions are standardized, and disassembly and assembly do not require grinding to fit.
