Product Overview
The fuel injector is assembled at the front end of the mechanical fuel injector. Under high pressure, the fuel pushes the internal needle valve to open, and through the front-end micro-hole, a fine mist of oil is formed, completing the fuel injection into the cylinder. Under long-term field and construction conditions of high temperature, heavy load, and contaminated diesel, the injector holes may get clogged, and the sealing surface of the needle valve may wear out. This may result in uneven atomization, engine shutdown with dripping oil, imbalance of power among cylinders, weak engine acceleration, excessive black smoke emissions, and a significant increase in fuel consumption. This product is an integrated precision fuel injector. It is factory-tested to complete high-pressure holding and balanced flow detection under all working conditions. The size specifications are standardized. The disassembly and assembly do not require grinding for adaptation. It is suitable for maintenance of fuel injectors for agricultural machinery, light trucks, and small construction machinery.

The integrated straight cylindrical smooth valve body has no turbulent flow of fuel.
The overall straight cylindrical forming rod body has a mirror-finished outer wall, which ensures smooth flow of high-pressure fuel without vortex loss. The injection pressure is stable and uniform, guaranteeing consistent atomization under all working conditions.
The lower end has a conical guiding and spraying end, allowing for more thorough mixing of oil and gas.
The conical gradual flow guiding structure guides the uniform diffusion of fuel. The front micro-hole is mirror-polished without burrs, and the fuel is cut into fine oil mist, ensuring complete combustion of the mixture in the cylinder, reducing carbon formation and black smoke emissions and fuel consumption.
The upper end has an integrated limit flange, with a widened top limit step. During assembly, it precisely fits the fuel injector housing, and after being paired with a sealing copper pad, multiple layers of barriers prevent high-pressure fuel leakage, stabilizing the injection pressure and avoiding power loss due to pressure relief.
The outer wall is permanently engraved with the part number for easy verification during stock preparation.
The side wall of the flange is etched with the DLLA147SM327 model code, which is resistant to diesel soaking, wiping, and wear. The repair, stock preparation, and component matching are clear and intuitive, reducing the cost of rework due to model confusion.
The entire set of fuel injectors is made of high-hardness alloy steel that is nitrided and hardened. The surface is treated with nitriding hardening, ensuring the wear resistance and anti-scarring of the needle valve and valve seat sealing surfaces. Under harsh conditions of high dust and dirt in fields and construction sites, the lifespan is longer, reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance.
