Product Overview
The fuel injector is assembled at the front end of the electronic fuel injector. The high-pressure fuel flows through the internal needle valve and is cut into uniform oil mist by the fine spray holes at the front end. The electronic control unit precisely controls the injection timing and fuel quantity based on the rail pressure signal. Under the long-term working conditions of high cabin temperature and continuous impingement of impure diesel, the spray holes may get clogged, the sealing surface of the needle valve may be worn, and the clearance between the mating parts may expand. This may result in poor atomization, engine shutdown with dripping oil, imbalance in power output of each cylinder, weak engine acceleration, excessive black smoke emission, and a significant increase in fuel consumption. This product is an integrated precision fuel injector that has undergone high-pressure and high-voltage testing, as well as full-scale flow balance testing at all working conditions. The size and position are standardized, and disassembly and assembly do not require grinding to fit. It is suitable for maintenance of common rail fuel injectors of medium and heavy-duty trucks, mining engineering machinery, diesel generators, and other vehicles.

The rod body adopts two-stage circular arc smooth stepped transition, with the outer wall polished to a mirror finish. It provides stable guidance within the fuel injector housing, without any unilateral inclination wear. It maintains a micrometer-level sealing gap between the needle valve and the valve seat for a long time, preventing high-pressure fuel leakage and depressurization, and stabilizing the common rail system oil pressure.

It precisely fits the installation position of the fuel injector housing during assembly, and is combined with a sealing gasket for multiple layers of barrier against high-pressure fuel leakage, preventing oil pressure loss and ensuring stable injection pressure throughout the process.
Conical tip with multiple micro-holes for mirror-polished spray holes, fine atomization and complete combustion
The front end of the conical guide end head is combined with multiple groups of fine spray holes. The hole walls are smooth and polished without burrs. The high-pressure fuel is uniformly cut into fine mist, and the mixture of oil and gas in the cylinder is fully formed, significantly reducing carbon deposits in the cylinder and reducing exhaust black smoke emissions, thereby improving fuel utilization efficiency.
The outer wall is permanently engraved with the part number for easy verification during inventory and replenishment.
The outer side of the flange is etched with the DLLA150P31 model code, resistant to diesel soaking, wiping, and wear. This facilitates cross-border small package / full-box logistics, reducing model confusion and associated rework and loss.
The entire set of fuel injectors is made of high-hardness alloy steel that is nitrogenized and hardened. The surface is treated with nitrogenization hardening, and the sealing surface of the needle valve is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. It has a longer service life in harsh environments such as mining areas and construction sites with high dust and impure diesel, reducing frequent replacement and maintenance costs.
