Product Overview
The fuel injector is assembled at the front end of the electronic fuel injector. The high-pressure fuel flows through the internal needle valve and is cut into uniform oil mist by the fine micro-pores on the end face. The electronic control unit precisely controls the injection timing and fuel quantity based on the rail pressure signal. Under the long-term working conditions of high cabin temperature and continuous impurities from diesel fuel, the injection holes may get clogged, the sealing surface of the needle valve may wear out, and the clearance between the mating parts may expand. This may result in poor atomization, engine shutdown with dripping oil, imbalance in power output of each cylinder, weak engine acceleration, excessive black smoke emission, and a significant increase in fuel consumption. This product is an integrated precision fuel injector that has undergone high-pressure and high-voltage testing, as well as full-scale flow balance testing at all working conditions upon leaving the factory. The size and hole positions are standardized, and disassembly and assembly do not require grinding to fit. It is suitable for the maintenance of common rail fuel injectors of medium and heavy-duty trucks, mining machinery, construction machinery, and diesel generator sets.

The outer wall of the entire straight and long rod is finely ground to a mirror finish, providing stable guidance within the fuel injector housing, without any unilateral inclination or wear. It maintains a micrometer-level sealing gap between the needle valve and the valve seat over a long period, preventing high-pressure fuel leakage and pressure loss, and stabilizing the common rail system pressure.
Symmetrical three-hole injection structure on the end face, with uniform atomization and complete combustion
The three micro-holes on the injection end face are evenly and symmetrically distributed. The hole walls are mirror-polished without burrs. The high-pressure fuel is evenly divided into fine oil mist, and the mixture of gas and oil in the cylinder is fully formed, significantly reducing carbon deposits in the cylinder and lowering exhaust black smoke emissions, thereby improving fuel efficiency.
The middle part has an integrated widened limit flange, with a widened limit step in the valve body. During assembly, it precisely fits the installation position of the fuel injector housing, and after being combined with a sealing gasket, multiple layers of barriers prevent high-pressure fuel leakage and avoid pressure loss, ensuring the stability of the injection pressure throughout the process.
The outer wall is permanently engraved with the part number for easy verification during stock preparation.
The flange side is etched with the DLLA155P306 model code, which is resistant to diesel immersion, wiping, and wear. This facilitates cross-border stock preparation, component matching, and reduces confusion caused by model mismatches, resulting in reduced rework and losses.
The entire fuel injector is made of high-hardness alloy steel that has been nitrogenized and hardened. The surface is treated with nitrogenization hardening, and the sealing surface of the needle valve is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. It has a longer service life in harsh conditions such as mining areas and construction sites with high dust and impurities, reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance costs.
