Product Overview
This integrated nozzle is assembled at the front end of the mechanical fuel injector. It relies on the internal needle valve and the cylinder body's sealing fit to allow high-pressure fuel to be torn apart through the front micro-hole, forming fine oil mist that is then sprayed into the cylinder to complete combustion and work. Under long-term impaction from impure diesel, continuous high-temperature radiation in the combustion chamber, and vibration from equipment operation, the front nozzle holes may wear out and enlarge, causing scratches on the sealing contact surface. This can result in fuel leakage, poor atomization effect, insufficient combustion, reduced equipment power, difficulty in cold start, and excessive black smoke emissions from the exhaust. This product has standardized outer diameter, step limit dimensions, and nozzle hole diameters. After disassembling the fuel injector, the nozzle can be replaced separately to repair the failure of fuel injection. It is suitable for small tractors, micro trucks, light diesel pickup trucks, and small fixed diesel generator sets for the maintenance and repair of mechanical direct injection diesel engines.

The standard micro-hole spray structure at the head end, after the high-pressure fuel is sprayed out, disperses into uniform fine oil mist. The mixture of oil and gas is fully formed, reducing carbon deposits in the cylinder and lowering exhaust black smoke emissions and fuel loss.
The outer wall is permanently engraved with the model code, allowing for quick identification during storage and maintenance.
The cylinder body is laser-engraved with DN0SD193 model identification, which is resistant to diesel soaking and repeated wiping without the characters falling off. During inventory and on-site disassembly and assembly, it can quickly match the corresponding model to avoid incorrect installation and trigger abnormal fuel injection faults.
Each piece has independent atomization flow calibration, and no manual adjustment is required for installation.
Each nozzle is individually tested on the machine for fuel injection volume, high-pressure holding time, and uniformity of atomization.
