The single-hole nozzle is assembled at the front end of the mechanical fuel injector, relying on the precise needle valve inside to complete the high-pressure fuel injection. The high-pressure fuel is torn into uniform fine oil mist and sent into the cylinder for combustion. Under the long-term erosion of impurities in diesel, high-temperature radiation in the combustion chamber, and continuous vibration conditions, the nozzle hole wears out, the sealing surface develops scratches, resulting in fuel leakage, coarse atomization, insufficient combustion, decreased equipment power, and difficulties in cold start. This product has unified standard dimensions for outer diameter, step limit dimensions, and nozzle hole diameter. After disassembling the fuel injector, the nozzle can be replaced separately to repair the injection failure. It is suitable for maintenance of small tractors, micro trucks, light diesel pickup trucks, and small generator sets that are equipped with mechanical direct injection diesel engines.
