The fuel injector is assembled at the front end of the mechanical fuel injector. Under high pressure, the fuel pushes the internal needle valve to open, and through the micro holes on the end face, a fine oil mist is formed, completing the fuel injection work for the cylinder. Under long-term conditions such as high-temperature and heavy-load farming, construction sites, and diesel fuel contaminated with impurities, the injector holes may get clogged, the sealing surface of the needle valve may wear out, and the sealing gap may expand. This will result in uneven atomization, engine shutdown dripping oil, imbalance in power output of each cylinder, weak engine acceleration, excessive black smoke emissions, and a significant increase in fuel consumption. This product is an integrated precision fuel injector that undergoes high-pressure holding and full-condition flow balance testing upon leaving the factory. Its size specifications are standardized, and disassembly and assembly do not require grinding for adaptation. The outer wall of the entire straight and long rod is finely ground to a mirror finish. During assembly, it precisely fits the installation position of the fuel injector housing, and after being combined with a sealing copper pad, multiple layers of barriers prevent high-pressure fuel leakage and avoid pressure loss, ensuring the fuel injection pressure remains stable throughout the process.
The outer wall is permanently engraved with the part number for easy verification during inventory and replenishment.
The side wall of the flange is etched with the DLLA158PN312 model code, resistant to diesel soaking, wiping wear, and facilitating clear matching and intuitive identification for maintenance, spare parts, and inventory, reducing the cost of rework due to model confusion.
The entire fuel injector is made of nitrogenized hardened alloy steel, which is wear-resistant and suitable for harsh conditions. The entire fuel injector is processed by high-hardness alloy steel, with a surface nitrogenized hardening treatment. The sealing surfaces of the needle valve and valve seat are wear-resistant and scratch-resistant.
