The plunger oil outlet valve assembly is installed inside the pump chamber of the high-pressure oil pump. The plunger moves upward to compress the fuel and establish high-pressure oil pressure. The valve head cooperates with the valve seat to achieve one-way closure and locking of the oil path, preventing high-pressure fuel from flowing back and causing pressure relief. Under long-term conditions of thousands of bar of high-pressure fuel erosion, impurities from diesel particles wear, and continuous high-temperature and vibration working conditions of the engine compartment, the sealing surface of the valve head develops scratches, the spring fatigue and elastic force attenuation occur, resulting in fuel leakage, slow pressure generation speed of the oil pump, rapid pressure relief of the oil circuit after engine shutdown, weak climbing power of the equipment, and difficulty in starting at low temperatures. This product has standardized parameters for the inner diameter of the plunger cylinder, the stroke of the valve rod, and the spring elasticity. After disassembling the high-pressure oil pump, the entire set of components can be replaced to repair the oil pressure failure. It is suitable for large mining excavators, heavy-duty loaders, and long-distance heavy-duty freight trucks with diesel engines for high-pressure oil pump maintenance and servicing.

The high-strength alloy pressure regulating spring has stable elasticity and is not prone to fatigue attenuation.
The matching precision spiral pressure spring is strengthened through heat treatment to enhance elastic performance. Long-term repeated compression and rebound will not cause elastic force attenuation, stabilizing the base oil pressure inside the oil pump and ensuring a stable supply pressure from no-load to heavy-load throughout.
The entire set is processed and ground in a complete set, and the assembly does not require manual matching and adjustment.
Each valve head, valve rod, plunger cylinder, and spring are processed in one-to-one pairing, ensuring high sealing fit. After replacement, it can be directly matched with the oil pump pump chamber, eliminating the need for on-site manual grinding and elasticity adjustment, significantly reducing maintenance time.
