The internal needle valve and the injector housing are precisely matched, and the high-pressure fuel passes through the front micro-holes to form a uniform oil mist. After long-term exposure to high temperatures in the engine compartment and erosion by diesel impurities, the sealing surface may wear and the spray holes may get clogged, resulting in poor atomization, dripping after combustion, engine torque limitation, and fault indicator alarms.
