The valve plate of the control valve is the core of electromagnetic control for the common rail injector. It relies on the planar guide oil passage, steel ball sealing, and electromagnetic armature to precisely respond to the electronic control signal, controlling the start and stop timing of fuel injection and the single-shot fuel injection volume. After long-term high-pressure diesel flushing and wear by impurities, the oil passage becomes clogged and the steel ball sealing fails, resulting in incorrect injection timing, uneven fuel injection volume in each cylinder, decline in engine power, and the popping out of fault codes. This product features an integrated precision valve plate that undergoes flow rate, sealing, and response accuracy testing upon leaving the factory. It does not require additional matching of scattered components and is suitable for maintenance of common rail injectors for heavy trucks, mining excavators, and large construction machinery.
