Product Overview
The oil pump is assembled on the outside of the CP3 common rail high-pressure oil pump and relies on the internal spring plunger to reciprocate to extract fuel from the fuel tank. The fuel is pre-boosted and then sent to the high-pressure plunger chamber, providing stable low-pressure fuel supply. Under long-term heavy mining conditions, impurities in diesel washing the engine compartment, alternating high and low temperatures in the engine compartment, fatigue of the plunger spring, wear of the internal cavity of the pump body, and aging of the oil nozzle seal, problems such as reduced fuel supply flow, air intake in the oil circuit, inability to establish standard rail pressure of the high-pressure oil pump, repeated ignition starts of the vehicle, and weak acceleration power may occur. This product has standardized specifications for the flange hole distance, oil nozzle thread, and plunger stroke. After disassembling the high-pressure oil pump, the oil pump kit can be replaced separately to repair the failure of fuel supply. It is suitable for large excavators, heavy-duty loaders, and long-distance trucks with electric control common rail diesel engines for maintenance and repair.
