Description
Product Overview
The rotor gears are assembled inside the oil pump cavity of the CP3 high-pressure oil pump. During rotation, they draw and deliver low-pressure fuel through changes in the volume of the tooth cavities. They rely on the precise fit and sealing between the double-sided high-precision planes and the pump body to prevent fuel backflow and pressure relief. Under long-term impurities from diesel fuel and high-temperature and low-temperature cabin vibrations, the rotor planes may develop scratches and the tooth shape wear gap may increase, resulting in insufficient fuel supply, low-pressure fuel passage intake, inability of the high-pressure oil pump to establish standard rail pressure, and vehicle idle shaking, climbing weakness, and cold start difficulties. This product has a unified standard size for the inner hole keyways, outer diameter thickness, and tooth cavity specifications. After disassembling the oil pump, replacing the rotor gears alone can fix the insufficient fuel supply fault. It is suitable for large excavators, heavy-duty loaders, and long-distance heavy trucks for maintenance and repair of electronic common rail diesel engines.
Core Advantages of the Single Item
The quenched and tempered alloy steel is formed as a whole, with good wear resistance and pressure resistance, and is not prone to deformation.
The overall steel undergoes high-temperature quenching and hardening treatment, with a surface that is wear-resistant and strengthened. Under long-term high-speed rotational friction and fuel medium erosion, it is not prone to wear and scratches, and the thickness and size are stable, maintaining the sealing gap between the plane for a long time.
The central standard positioning keyway ensures no slipping or offset during rotation transmission.
The inner hole is equipped with a standard transmission keyway, which precisely meshes with the drive shaft, ensuring synchronous rotation without idle or slipping, and maintaining stable fuel suction flow without problems of insufficient or excessive fuel supply.
Multiple wave-shaped fluid tooth cavities ensure smooth fuel suction without suction failure.
The outer ring has a wave-shaped oil passage cavity with a gradually changing volume structure. The fuel circulation resistance is low, and it is less likely to experience fuel suction failure under heavy-load vehicle conditions. It continuously and stably supplies low-pressure fuel to the high-pressure plunger cavity.
The micro-micron mirror-polished planes on both sides of the rotor ensure no fuel backflow and pressure relief.
The high-precision planes on both sides of the rotor are polished, with strict control of the plane degree, and they are completely sealed with the pump body cavity, blocking fuel backflow and maintaining the basic oil pressure of the low-pressure fuel line, accelerating the pressure building speed of the oil pump.
The micro positioning holes on the side ensure precise assembly alignment without assembly errors.
Small positioning process holes are reserved on the disc surface, which can quickly distinguish the front and back sides during maintenance and disassembly, avoiding abnormal fuel supply flow and oil leakage.
Each piece has an independent flow gap detection, and no secondary adjustment is required during assembly.
Each rotor is individually tested on the machine for tooth shape matching gap, plane sealing performance, and fuel supply flow. The factory parameters are unified, and it directly matches the corresponding oil pump body, shortening the time for oil pump disassembly and debugging. List of Accessories
