Product Overview
The three-cylinder mechanical fuel injection pump is driven by external gears to make the three sets of plungers move synchronously and reciprocally. It independently supplies high-pressure fuel to each cylinder and uniformly controls the fuel injection volume through the built-in regulating mechanism. Under long-term field, construction site, moderate to heavy load, and dust and impurity-drenched diesel washing conditions, the plungers may wear, internal seals may leak, and the regulating mechanism may get stuck, resulting in reduced fuel supply pressure, excessive fuel supply difference between the three cylinders, engine power decline, cold start delay, and increased fuel consumption. This complete integrated oil pump assembly is factory-tested for high-pressure resistance, three-cylinder flow synchronization, and aging tests under high and low temperatures. The installation holes and oil outlet interface dimensions are standardized to be compatible with the major repairs of three-cylinder agricultural machinery and small construction machinery fuel systems.

The integrated thickened cast iron pump body with strengthened ribs is resistant to vibration and less prone to leakage.
The entire cast iron shell is formed by casting, with an integrated reinforced rib structure on the outer wall. It is less likely to crack and leak during long-term vehicle vibration. The cast iron material has stable heat conduction, quickly dissipating high-pressure working heat, reducing air resistance and plunger jamming faults.
The three plungers at the front are arranged in a parallel oil supply structure, ensuring synchronous and balanced fuel supply for the three cylinders.
The pump head is evenly arranged with three independent oil outlet channels, with consistent oil path travel. The fuel supply pressure and fuel injection volume difference between the three cylinders are extremely small, improving the problems of weak single-cylinder performance, idle jitter, and obvious exhaust color differences.
The double-ear integrated flange installation base is stable and does not shift.
Standard circular installation positioning holes are reserved on the top of the pump body. Screws are locked to fit the body, ensuring no displacement or shaking during long-term operation, maintaining a constant drive gear meshing gap and stable oil supply stroke without deviation.
An internal oil quantity adjustment lock plate is installed at the top, uniformly controlling the fuel injection volume for each cylinder.
The pump body cover is equipped with a metal adjustment lock plate and fixing screws. It can synchronously adjust the fuel supply stroke of the three plungers, with precise adjustment without jamming. The maintenance and adjustment operation is simple, and it is suitable for different working conditions and power requirements.
A red sealing dust-proof plug is provided at the oil port to protect the oil circuit throughout the storage and transportation process.
Red hard plastic sealing plugs are equipped at the inlet and outlet oil ports to prevent dust, water vapor, and sand from entering the internal precision plungers pair. No impurities will enter the oil circuit during storage and transportation after the product arrives. It can be assembled after cleaning. Applicable scenarios
