The plunger pair is the core component of the mechanical fuel injection pump that generates high-pressure fuel. The cam drives the plunger to reciprocate and slide, and the head chamfer and side oil holes cooperate to complete the oil suction, pressure application, and return oil cycle, precisely controlling the single injection volume. Under long-term conditions such as high-temperature, heavy-load, and impure diesel erosion, the outer wall of the plunger gets scratched and the sealing gap expands, resulting in continuous decline of supply pressure, imbalance of injection volume, decline of engine power, and excessive black smoke. This product features an integrated precision plunger, which undergoes factory testing for high-pressure sealing and uniform fuel supply. The dimensions are standardized, and disassembly and assembly do not require grinding for adaptation. It is suitable for maintenance of direct injection pumps for heavy trucks, agricultural machinery, and large construction machinery.

The widened and thickened bearing base at the rear end can withstand the high-frequency impact force of the reset spring, has sufficient bearing area, resists the impact of high-pressure fuel without bulging or deformation, and maintains a micrometer-level sealing gap between the plunger and the pump barrel for a long time, eliminating internal leakage and pressure loss.
The overall nitrided hardened alloy steel ensures wear resistance and corrosion resistance, with a long service life.
The entire plunger is processed by high-hardness alloy steel, with surface nitriding hardening + mirror finish grinding, the outer wall is smooth and wear-resistant, and diesel impurities and high-temperature erosion are not prone to scratches or abrasions, suitable for harsh operating environments with high dust.
