The valve plate of the control valve is the core component for electromagnetic control of the electronically controlled fuel injector. It relies on the flow channel on the surface and the central steel ball to form a sealing combination with the electromagnetic armature, receiving the electronic control signal to precisely control the on-off of high-pressure fuel and the single-shot fuel injection volume. After long-term exposure to heavy mining loads, high-temperature and high-pressure diesel erosion, the flow channel gets clogged and the sealing surface of the steel ball is worn out. This can lead to incorrect injection timing, imbalance in fuel injection volume for each cylinder, decline in overall engine power, and soaring fuel consumption. This product integrates the base, the flow channel surface, and the sealing steel ball, and is completed with flow accuracy, high-pressure sealing performance, and electromagnetic response matching detection at the factory. No additional scattered parts are required. It is suitable for large-scale mining excavators, heavy-duty trucks, and large-power diesel generator sets for fuel injector major repairs.

The high-precision micro steel ball pre-installed in the center of the surface is closely adhered to the valve seat sealing surface at the micrometer level. In the event of power loss, it quickly cuts off the high-pressure oil circuit to prevent fuel from dripping into the cylinder, causing difficulties in cold start and accumulation of carbon deposits, and significantly reducing internal pressure leakage and pressure drop.
The overall hardened and wear-resistant processing resists impurities erosion and has a long service life.
The working surface of the valve plate is quenched and mirror-ground, with high hardness. Diesel impurities and high-pressure erosion are less likely to cause scratches, abrasions, and deformation of the oil channel. It is suitable for harsh working conditions with high impurities in mining areas, reducing maintenance frequency.
Standard external hole position dimensions, no grinding required, direct assembly and replacement.
The outer diameter of the base, the position of the oil holes, and the installation size of the steel ball are standardized for corresponding fuel injector specifications.
