Product Overview
The fuel injector is assembled at the front end of the electronic control fuel injector. The high-pressure fuel flows through the internal needle valve and is cut by the tiny spray holes at the top to form uniform and fine oil mist. The electronic control unit precisely controls the injection timing and fuel quantity based on the rail pressure signal. Under long-term conditions of high cabin temperature and continuous impingement of impure diesel, the spray holes may get clogged, the sealing surface of the needle valve may wear out, and the clearance between the mating parts may expand. This may result in poor atomization, engine shutdown with dripping oil, imbalance in power output of each cylinder, weak engine acceleration, excessive black smoke, and a significant increase in fuel consumption. This product features an integrated precision fuel injector that undergoes high-pressure and full-condition flow balance testing upon leaving the factory. The size and position are standardized, and disassembly and assembly do not require grinding for adaptation. It is suitable for maintenance of light commercial vehicles, diesel pickup trucks, and small and medium-sized construction machinery with common rail fuel injectors.

The elongated straight tube integrated mirror guide rod has no unilateral wear during reciprocating motion.
The entire long rod is integrated and formed as one piece. The outer wall is finely ground to mirror finish, allowing it to slide stably coaxially within the fuel injector housing during reciprocating motion without tilting or unilateral wear. It maintains a micron-level sealing gap between the needle valve and the valve seat, preventing high-pressure fuel leakage and pressure loss, and stabilizing the common rail system oil pressure.

The conical gradually changing guide end is combined with multiple groups of fine spray holes. The hole walls are mirror-polished without burrs. The high-pressure fuel is evenly divided into fine oil mist, and the mixture of oil and gas in the cylinder is fully formed, significantly reducing the accumulation of carbon deposits in the cylinder, lowering exhaust black smoke emissions, and improving fuel utilization efficiency.
The middle stepped limit flange has precise assembly and sealing.
The stepped limit step at the middle section of the valve body precisely fits the installation position of the fuel injector housing during assembly. Combined with a sealing gasket, multiple layers of barriers prevent high-pressure fuel leakage and avoid pressure loss, ensuring the injection pressure remains stable throughout the process.
The outer wall is permanently engraved with the part number for easy inventory verification and to prevent misplacement.
The flange side is etched with the model code L263PBC, which is resistant to diesel immersion, wiping, and wear. This facilitates maintenance, inventory preparation, and component matching, reducing the risk of model confusion and associated rework and losses.
The entire set of fuel injectors is made of high-hardness alloy steel processed as one piece. The surface is hardened by nitriding treatment, and the sealing surface of the needle valve is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant.
