The electromagnetic control valve is assembled inside the common rail injector and receives electrical signals from the vehicle's electronic control unit to drive the internal valve core to open and close, precisely controlling the timing and amount of high-pressure fuel injection. Under long-term road vibrations, exposure to thousands of bar of high-pressure fuel, abrasive diesel wear, and alternating conditions of the engine compartment's temperature and humidity, the valve core's sealing surface may wear, and the electromagnetic coil's suction force may weaken. This can result in single-cylinder fuel supply imbalance, weak acceleration, rapid pressure relief in the fuel line after engine shutdown, and the need for multiple ignitions to start the vehicle. This product features standardized dimensions for the valve body, electromagnetic drive parameters, and oil hole positioning specifications. After disassembling the injector, the control valve can be replaced alone to repair abnormal fuel injection faults. It is suitable for the maintenance of light pickup trucks, light trucks, and small passenger cars with electrically controlled common rail diesel engines.
