Product Overview
The fuel metering unit is installed on the fuel inlet pipeline of the high-pressure fuel pump. It controls the fuel flow entering the pump through the opening degree of the electromagnetic valve core, and cooperates with the electronic control system to dynamically adjust the oil pressure in the rail, ensuring the matching of fuel injection under various working conditions. Under long-term conditions of high cabin temperature and impure diesel washing, the valve core may get stuck, the seal may age, and the electromagnetic coil may fail. This will result in uncontrollable fuel supply flow, fluctuating rail pressure, delayed engine start-up, power loss, and increased fuel consumption. This complete integrated metering valve assembly ensures factory testing of flow regulation accuracy, high-pressure sealing, and stability in high and low temperatures.
