Product Overview
The oil outlet valve is installed at the outlet of the high-pressure oil pump. It achieves one-way pressure retention through conical surface sealing. When the piston compresses, it opens to deliver high-pressure fuel. When the piston returns, it closes to lock the oil pressure in the pipeline, preventing backflow of high-pressure fuel. Under long-term heavy-load high-pressure impact and impurities from diesel washing conditions, the sealing conical surface may wear and become loose, resulting in oil leakage in the circuit, difficulty in starting, poor atomization, insufficient power, and mixing of diesel with engine oil to dilute the lubricating oil. This product has unified standard dimensions and sealing conical surface angles both inside and outside. The oil outlet valve can be replaced separately for maintenance, without the need to replace the entire oil pump assembly. It is suitable for maintenance and servicing of agricultural machinery, heavy-duty trucks, and small and medium-sized construction machinery with inline piston oil pumps.
