Double-layer O-rings are respectively assembled into the two sealing grooves on the inner and outer sides of the injector body. They fill the multi-layer clearance between the injector and the cylinder head in layers. The inner ring prevents high-pressure fuel from leaking, while the outer ring prevents outside air and high-temperature gas from invading the oil circuit. Under long-term alternating cold and hot cycles of the engine, long-term immersion in diesel, continuous vibration of the engine compartment, ordinary rubber rings are prone to hardening and expanding, losing elasticity, resulting in failure of the layered sealing and oil leakage. This product strictly controls the dimensional tolerances of the inner and outer diameters and wire diameters, is compatible with the double-layer sealing grooves of the corresponding model injectors, and can replace the entire set of double sealing rings when disassembling the injector, thereby completely eliminating oil leakage and intake pressure leakage faults.
