Product Overview
The rail pressure sensor is installed on the common rail oil pipe. It continuously monitors the oil pressure of the high-pressure fuel pipeline through internal sensing elements, converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal and transmits it to the vehicle's electronic control unit, thereby precisely controlling the oil pump's fuel supply and fuel injection volume. After long-term exposure to high-pressure fuel erosion and cabin high-temperature water vapor corrosion, the internal chips may age and the seals may leak, resulting in distorted pressure signals, rail pressure loss, and engine operating at limited power. This product is a complete integrated sensor assembly. It undergoes comprehensive testing for high-pressure resistance, signal accuracy, and sealing at the factory. The entire unit can be replaced without the need for secondary calibration.
