Product Overview
The pump head is the core pressure boosting and distribution unit of the CP3 high-pressure oil pump. It relies on the reciprocating compression of fuel within the cylinder to establish high pressure, and steadily delivers high-pressure fuel to the common rail pipeline. Under long-term mining conditions of 24-hour continuous heavy load, continuous impact of over 1000 bar oil pressure, and erosion by inferior quality diesel, the piston mating surface will wear and the internal sealing structure will fail, resulting in internal leakage of high-pressure fuel, engine acceleration failure, idle wobble and vibration, excessive black smoke in exhaust, and diesel seeping into the oil pan to dilute the lubricating oil. This product has standardized processing for the shell oil passage, piston pair, and installation hole spacing. Maintenance does not require on-site grinding and matching, significantly reducing maintenance time and being suitable for maintenance of CP3 common rail oil pumps for mining excavators, heavy-duty loaders, and long-distance trucks.

The inlet and outlet oil ports are equipped with yellow oil-resistant plastic dust-proof caps. During storage, disassembly, and maintenance, dust and impurities are isolated, preventing fine particles from scratching the precise mating surface of the piston, and preventing high-pressure leakage and jamming faults after assembly.
Independent high-pressure oil inlet threaded holes on the side, with threaded sealing locking to prevent pressure leakage
The threaded inlet for high-pressure oil is rolled on the side, combined with an internal sealing gasket for double locking. After screwing into the high-pressure oil pipe, it completely seals the gap, stabilizing the working oil pressure of the common rail system, and preventing fuel leakage and pressure drop.
Paired precision pistons for distribution, uniform fuel supply and stable rail pressure
The internal pistons are precisely matched and ground with the pump body mirror surface, with the mating gap strictly calibrated. The fuel leakage volume is extremely low under high and low load conditions, and the fuel supply difference between each cylinder is small, resulting in smooth engine operation and reduced carbon deposits and black smoke emissions.
Factory-mounted complete machine bench calibration, no need for secondary adjustment during assembly
Each pump head is independently tested for supply pressure, flow uniformity, and high-pressure sealing. The factory parameters are unified, and after assembly, it is directly matched with the electronic control system to quickly restore the standard power output of the equipment.
