Product Overview
The oil pump pump head is assembled on the outside of the heavy-duty common rail high-pressure oil pump and relies on the internal rotor components to rotate and draw the fuel from the fuel tank. The fuel is pre-boosted and then sent to the high-pressure plunger chamber, continuously supplying stable low-pressure fuel. Under long-term mining conditions of 24-hour heavy load, impurities in diesel washing the engine compartment, and continuous high-temperature vibration of the engine compartment, the pump body cavity will wear, the sealing ring will age, and the pressure regulating plunger will get stuck. This will result in a decrease in fuel supply flow, air leakage in the oil circuit, inability to establish the standard rail pressure of the high-pressure oil pump, and idle engine shaking, weak climbing power after engine shutdown, and rapid pressure loss in the oil circuit after engine shutdown. This product has standardized installation hole distances, plunger stroke, and sealing cavity dimensions. After disassembling the high-pressure oil pump, the pump head component can be replaced separately to repair the fuel supply fault. It is suitable for large-scale mining excavators, heavy-duty loaders, and long-distance heavy-duty freight trucks with electric control common rail diesel engines for maintenance and repair.

The pump body is made of thickened cast iron, which is high-pressure resistant and not prone to deformation or leakage.
The entire cast iron is cast as a single piece, with the pump body wall thickness increased to strengthen the pressure-bearing structure. The surface has a rust-proof and wear-resistant coating, which can withstand long-term fuel medium erosion and engine compartment vibration. It is not prone to cracking or deformation under alternating temperature conditions, and the internal cavity maintains a stable fuel flow volume.
The top pressure regulating plunger is equipped with a red protective cap to prevent dust and accidental knocks, protecting the precision valve core.
The exposed end of the upper pressure regulating plunger is paired with a red plastic protective cap. This prevents dust, knocks, and scratches on the valve core sealing surface during storage and transportation, while also allowing for clear identification of the pressure regulating structure. During maintenance and disassembly, it avoids violent squeezing that could cause the valve core to get stuck.
The triangular cavity seal groove on the disc surface + the matching large-sized O-ring completely blocks oil circuit air leakage.
The installation surface of the pump head is equipped with a triangular closed sealing cavity. It is paired with a black oil-resistant fluorine rubber O-ring of the appropriate size. After assembly, it completely fills the gap between the pump body, preventing low-pressure oil circuit air leakage and fuel leakage outward, and maintaining the stable base oil pressure of the low-pressure fuel supply.
Two positioning and limit pins ensure precise assembly alignment without offset.
The metal positioning pins symmetrically distributed on the disc surface are precisely limited when installed in the oil pump base, preventing radial offset of the pump head. The rotational coaxiality of the internal rotor is stable, and there will be no eccentric wear or fluctuating fuel supply flow.
Multiple standard flange installation holes are available, matching the corresponding oil pump base.
The disc surface is reserved multiple sets of standard fixing holes, with standardized hole distances. During disassembly, they can be directly matched to the original vehicle oil pump installation points, eliminating the need for on-site drilling and grinding, significantly reducing the time for oil pump disassembly and maintenance.
The entire machine flow seal is calibrated at the factory, and no secondary debugging is required during assembly.
Each pump head is independently tested for low-pressure fuel supply flow, sealing pressure-bearing capacity, and smoothness of the rotor rotation. The factory parameters are unified, and after assembly, the oil pump quickly recovers its standard pressure-building capability, eliminating low rail pressure and difficult cold start faults.
